What forms are included in the membership?
- The membership includes the Yang Style 8 Form, Water Form, Fire Form, Bagua Qi Gong, various Routines, Stretching Exercises, and detailed instructions for every movement. There are coming more and more Videos. It is an on-growing archive.
What happens once I cancel the monthly subscription?
- Once you cancel the subscription you have no longer access to the videos.
