Welcome to 3 Days to Flow 

For the next 3 days, we rebuild Calm and Fluidity step by step.​

Day 1 - Awaken the Qi

Today we begin with Awaken the Qi,

also known as the Commencement Form. 

It’s a reset for the body and mind that sets the tone for everything that follows. 

  • Physically: Aligns posture, centers weight, and switches from normal standing to Tai Chi structure.

  • Energetically: Sinks Qi into the Dantian, connects to the ground, and begins the upward–downward circulation.

  • Mentally: Drops daily tension and places awareness in the present moment.

Body Focus:

  • Feet shoulder-width, knees soft, spine upright.

  • Arms rise slowly from the sides, led by shoulder joints.

  • Elbows sink, wrists relaxed, breathing coordinated.

Energy Focus:

  • Qi settles in the Dantian, roots through the feet.

  • Energy rises like mist → fingertips.

  • Returns downward, harmonizing breath and flow.
