These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.art-with-chi.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, "Services") provided by Art-with-Chi ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.

1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Access & Accounts

Google Account Requirement: Our online teaching portal is hosted on Google Sites and Drive. You must sign in with a valid Google account to access paid course materials.
Purchase & Provisioning: After you purchase via Copecart, we manually grant portal access and send invitation emails. Copecart staff receive the same invitation for confirmation and support.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Permitted Use

By using the Site and Services, you agree not to:

Modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of our materials or software.
Remove proprietary notices or transfer materials to another person or server.
Disrupt or abuse our networks or services.
Transmit obscene, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful content.
Violate applicable laws or regulations, including spam or data-harvesting activities.
Infringe on third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned or licensed by Art-with-Chi and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license terminates if you breach these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Art-with-Chi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute it in connection with the Services and Marketing, consistent with your privacy preferences.
You may remove or delete your content or account at any time; removal does not affect uses already made under this license.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No Guarantee: We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art-with-Chi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site or Services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability; in such cases, these disclaimers and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Site may contain links to external websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Use at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services, and these Terms, immediately upon notice if you breach any provision hereof.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Austrian courts for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
