These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.art-with-chi.com (the "Site") and any related services, specifically the Art-with-Chi Membership (collectively, "Services") provided by Claudia Trojan ("we", "us", "our").

1. Purchase & Reseller Agreement The purchase of our memberships and digital products is handled by our reseller, CopeCart GmbH. By purchasing, you also agree to CopeCart’s terms and conditions.

2. Access & Google Account Requirement

Our online teaching portal is hosted on Google Sites and Drive.

Requirement: You must sign in with a valid Google account to access paid course materials.

After purchase via CopeCart, we manually grant portal access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.

3. Subscription, Renewal & Cancellation

Automatic Renewal: All memberships (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the CopeCart portal or by sending an email to art_with_chi@gmx.net. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content According to EU/Austrian consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Important: For digital content, this right expires prematurely as soon as you have logged into the member portal or accessed the materials, provided you have consented to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right during the checkout process on CopeCart.

5. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property All content, videos, and materials are protected by copyright laws and owned by Claudia Trojan.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: Modify, copy, share access links, or transfer materials to third parties or other servers.

6. Health Disclaimer & Liability The Services provided (Somatic Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and movement routines) are for educational and relaxation purposes only.

They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art-with-Chi shall not be liable for any injuries or damages arising from the use of the exercises provided.

7. User-Generated Content You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., in community areas). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms (e.g., sharing account access or copyright infringement).
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Korneuburg, Austria.
