ABOUT ME

From early childhood, I felt a deep fascination for Asian ways of life—especially Japanese and Chinese culture, their philosophy, movement arts, and way of living.
At the same time, my curiosity for the interplay between psyche and body was awakened. Already during my school years, I laid my first foundations in psychology and began to deepen my understanding of human consciousness.
At the age of 18, this path led me to a Shaolin temple, where I spent a year immersed in intensive training in martial arts, inner work, and mental discipline. This experience shaped me profoundly and became the foundation for my present work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation of reservations or portions of reservations MUST be received in writing.
● 90 days or more prior to arrival = 100% refund of deposit, less 20% cancellation fee (of total trip price) + US$100 processing fee.
● 0 - 90 days prior to arrival = No refund
● No show = No refund
● All shared accommodation is non transferable
Due to the above it is HIGHLY recommended that all clients purchase “trip cancellation insurance” in order to cover a possible cancellation of 90 days or less of your itinerary.
Do I need Experience?
No. Beginners and advanced practitioners both benefit. The training adapts to your level. Expect several hours of daily practice. Sessions are structured to challenge you while allowing integration and rest.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, flat shoes or socks, and a willingness to practice deeply.
Is Accommodation included?
Yes. The retreat price includes your stay, meals, and all training sessions.
How many people will be on the Retreat?
There will be about 18 people on the trip.
What flights shall I purchase and to what airport?
Please aim for arrival in Barcelona Airport before midday on the 25th October
How will I get from the airport to the property?
We will be arrange two shuttles to take guests to CanVital, the venue for the next few days. Please aim to arrive before midday at Barcelona airport. You will be sent a form nearer to the time in which we will collect your arrival and departure information.
When is the final balance due?
Our standard policy is to take the final payment 60 days before the Retreat Edition.
What if I have dietary restrictions or preferences?
We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions. We will collect your dietary requirements in an automated form that we will send out prior to your departure.
Is this suitable if I have tension or injuries?
Yes. The method focuses on releasing tension and rebuilding safe movement patterns. Please inform us beforehand if you have medical conditions.
